Projects - eVo-AIR Takes Off For Aerial Photography & Video

eVo-AIR flies!

I am excited to announce that from May 2018, I passed the necessary Civil Aviation Authority examinations and requirements to became a fully authorised commercial drone pilot, offering affordable aerial photography and aerial video services.
And if you watched the BBC's Dragons' Den on Sunday 8th September, you'll have seen that tech-savvy entrepreneur and investor Peter Jones has bought a 40% stake in the Drone Safe Register, backing the important and developing role drones play in the construction industry, filming and media!

Classic Racing Motorcycle Club: ~ to present

The Classic Racing Motorcycle Club is the largest racing motorcycle club in Europe and I design and maintain the website; I am also the current CRMC Club Chairman. The website has to keep current members informed about news and events as well as attracting new members and being interesting to the general public. I have been able to raise the Google Page Rank from 1 to 4 and dramatically increased visitor numbers.
For 2018, we have designed a new online entry system, allowing club members to register their details and enter race and parade events for the 2018 season. This exciting new system should improve efficiency and make it easier for members to enter events.
Classic TT: ~ to present
I am very proud and pleased to be involved with the Classic TT in the Isle of Man, working as the Eligibility Officer and devising the rules for the event. The first event held in 2013 was a fantastic success and each successive year it has grown and become even more successful, with more bikes and more people and more racing!

CCV: 2008 - 2014

When my business partner and I sold Four Counties in 2008 to CCV, (then part of the Towergate Partnership), I remained as MD at Four Counties until 2012. Looking for a new challenge, I established eVolution and started to work for CCV on a consultancy basis. Initially I worked as the Sales & Marketing Director for the East Region, later extended to include the North region.

Four Counties Insurance Brokers: 1981 - 2012

I was a co-owner of Four Counties Insurance Brokers and the Four Counties website was the first website I created, back in the early 1995. I learnt a lot of basics, designing directly in Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) code and this has helped me to understand the importance of good, basic design and how a search engine sees a website. Four Counties’ site worked very well in expanding the client base, producing millions of hits and a multi-million pound revenue.
it'seeze Websites: 2014 - 2017
After 2 years working for CCV, I needed to get back to being my own boss and in 2014, I bought an it'seeze franchise. Having been involved directly and indirectly with websites for businesses since 1996, I am very impressed with the ease of the it'seeze self-editing website system. Although I have now retired from it'seeze in August 2017 to give me more time, I believe the it'seeze system is a simple, cost-effective way for businesses to get an efficient website that works and which they easily control.
Goodwood Revival: 2014 and 2015
I was very pleased to be involved in the Goodwood Revival in 2014 and 2015 as an Eligibility Consultant, helping the existing team determine the machines involved in the motorcycle part of the event. Apart from the fantastic array of classic bikes and cars, military vehicles and aircraft, everyone enthusiastically dresses up in the fashions of the day - in 2014, the event focus was pre-1954, so for me it was white overalls and a cap! Great stuff!

why the bike pictures ?

Motorbikes are my passion and racing makes all the hard work worth it. I am currently enjoying racing classic motorbikes with the Classic Racing Motorcycle Club (www.crmc.co.uk
